Well...here is some basic information you will need to know....
1. PARTICIPANTS- If your child was cast in the show and has since decided not to participate, please email us so we can remove them from the list and email.
2. WHERE DO I GET INFO? All of our rehearsal info and daily notifications are posted in the facebook group at BOLD Theatre 2534. We will also set up the "Remind" app at the parent meeting on 9/2 at 5:30PM in Bird Island.
3. SUMMER MUSICAL WORKSHOP/CAMP- ALL CAST - We have set up a summer WORKSHOP on August 22nd for all cast and crew members to learn about the show and what it takes to put on a large musical production. This is definitely not mandatory... but highly recommended! Date: August 22nd. Time: 1-5PM. Location will hopefully be our new space in the "Theatre Room" in Bird Island (Old Media Center). Please register on this link

5. REGULAR REHEARSALS -All Cast comes to the first regular rehearsal on September 2nd. Location is TBD. We are hoping for the Olivia Choir Room- but I have to talk to the new choir teacher first! This will be from 5:30-8:30PM
6. SCHEDULE FOR SEPTEMBER- See calendar on website! I will update this as soon as I confirm our locations. You will know more at the parent meeting on 9/2 at 5:30PM
* Leads 5:30PM-8:30PM- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Scheduled Saturdays ( every rehearsal unless there is a special circumstance.)
* Group 1- 5:30PM-8:30PM Tuesdays, Thursdays and all scheduled Saturdays
* Group 2- 5:30PM-8:30PM Tuesdays and all scheduled Saturdays
7. OTHER REHEARSALS- Please note that we practice many Saturdays from 1-6PM and everyone is expected to be at all of their scheduled rehearsals and be on time. We will not tolerate late arrivals and no shows. We do have a policy for this that you will receive at the parent meeting.
8. MEA WEEK - This year we will try something different and take MEA off. So no practices October 16-17-18-19, this was the trade off for all the Saturdays that will be rehearsal dates and the heavy schedule from October 23- Performances. All Set/Props and Costumes need to be completed by October 23rd so we can move on to the stage completely ready to go.
9. BREAKS- During rehearsals we will take a break from 6:30-6:40PM for restroom, water refills, or to check phones as needed. Students are not allowed to have their phones from 5:30 - 8:30PM- except during this ten minute break. If you need to call or text- that is the best time.
10. TRANSPORTATION- Please make sure that your child has transportation to and from all rehearsal locations. The staff cannot transport students.
11. CONTACT INFO- Director Debora Ziller 320-579-0330 - call/text or email anytime. This number can be used for emergency contact with your child or with staff. FYI: You can also call Ross Okins- 320-522-0826. He usually has his phone on him during practices for these types of emergencies.
